1. About Hushbloom66

Hushbloom66 is a Canadian illustrative fashion brand. These terms govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our site and make purchases. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to accurately display product colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, or fabric dye lots. All product images are representative of the item but may not be exact.

Our products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

4. Pricing & Payment

       All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

       Prices are subject to change without notice

       Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments

       We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout

       Taxes and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected at checkout or upon delivery

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, production begins promptly. Because our items are made-to-order, we have a limited cancellation window.

       Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hushbloom66@gmail.com

       After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production will have begun

       We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund at our discretion

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times begin after your order is produced and dispatched. Please see our Shipping Information page for rates and timelines by country. Hushbloom66 is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

7. Returns & Refunds

       We accept return/replacement requests within 30 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

       Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors (please use our size guide before ordering)

       To request a return or replacement, email hushbloom66@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue

       Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Details of Hushbloom66 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Hushbloom66 pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send us clear photos of the issue via our contact form or email (hushbloom66@gmail.com) or reach out via our Contact Page.

. If the problem is confirmed as our error (or our supplier's), we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund at no extra charge to you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work directly with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it. In most cases, we can issue a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse (except where required by law, such as in Brazil — see below). All sales are final for personalized or custom-printed items. If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, you’ll need to place a new order (at your expense).

Special Notes

  • Sealed Goods (e.g., face masks): Due to health and hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once opened.
  • Wrong or Insufficient Address: If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs (once we confirm the updated address with you). Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • EU Consumers: Under EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods, or sealed items unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns in these cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, and content on hushbloom66.com are the original work of Hushbloom66 and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission. Our brand name, logos, and the Sky Warrior Series are trademarks of Hushbloom66.

9. User-Submitted Content

When you submit ideas, feedback, or suggestions through our website (such as via our Community Ideas page), you grant Hushbloom66 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, or create products based on those ideas. We will not share your personal identity without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hushbloom66 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
