Hushbloom66 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Hushbloom66 pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send us clear photos of the issue via our contact form or email (support@hushbloom66.com). If the problem is confirmed as our error (or our supplier's), we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund at no extra charge to you.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work directly with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it. In most cases, we can issue a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse (except where required by law, such as in Brazil — see below). All sales are final for personalized or custom-printed items. If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, you’ll need to place a new order (at your expense).
Special Notes
- Sealed Goods (e.g., face masks): Due to health and hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once opened.
- Wrong or Insufficient Address: If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs (once we confirm the updated address with you). Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
- EU Consumers: Under EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods, or sealed items unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns in these cases.
